The Birds are flying to theaters sooner than you think! The Angry Birds Movie 3, previously slated for January 29, 2027, has moved its theatrical release date to December 23, 2026. This prime holiday release from Paramount Pictures will bring the fun and adventure to audiences worldwide right in the heart of the festive season.

This announcement comes with some additional news that the flock is expanding with some exciting new talent! The film will feature two of the biggest content creators in the world, MrBeast and Salish Matter, who join a cast that already includes some of Hollywood’s biggest names. We are also excited to welcome back two fan-favorite voices from the first two films: Anthony Padilla as Hal and Ian Hecox as Bubbles, reprising their roles from the Smosh universe.

MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson), the founder of the world’s most subscribed YouTube channel, brings his unmatched energy and creativity to the world of the Angry Birds. He is joined by Salish Matter, a content creator and co-founder of Sincerely Yours, who recently won the 2025 Webby Award for Kids & Family.

They join an incredible ensemble cast including returning stars Jason Sudeikis (“Red”), Josh Gad (“Chuck”), Rachel Bloom (“Silver”), Danny McBride (“Bomb”), and a stellar lineup of new voices, including Emma Myers, Keke Palmer, Tim Robinson, Lily James, and more.
