Get ready for a spheriously good time, the flock on Piggy Island is getting some legendary backup. Angry Birds 2 has officially teamed up with SEGA’s Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble for a limited-time crossover event, live now through September 28 on iOS and Android.
It all kicked off when AiAi, MeeMee, Baby, and GonGon tumbled through a dimensional portal right onto Piggy Island. Finding themselves in the middle of King Pig’s latest scheme, the monkey crew is now joining forces with Red and the gang to turn the tide.
Now through September 24, players can gear up with exclusive Super Monkey Ball Hats to boost their flock’s power and give the pigs something extra to worry about. On top of the new style, players can unleash the Super Monkey Spell, sending AiAi’s Monkey Ball hurtling into pig fortresses to trigger a massive chain reaction of explosive bananas.
