The leader of the flock pulls up to the starting line in a souped up car that is a throwback to his racing past. Race as Red and take part in the limited time Angry Birds Festival!

Buckle up, speed demons – Red is officially joining the lineup of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds! The famous leader of the Angry Birds flock will be sliding onto the starting grid behind the wheel of his trusty car The Super Roaster. This ride is specifically tuned to bring a heavy dose of feathered fury to the track, ensuring the flock can keep pace with the competition.

For the uninitiated, the Super Roaster traces its roots back to 2013 and the downhill chaos of Angry Birds Go!, the flock’s first racing game. Angry Birds Go! quickly garnered a massive cult following that still dreams of those thrilling descents today. Back in the day, the Super Roaster was a humble soapbox racer, relying purely on gravity and a good old-fashioned slingshot launch to get moving. Now in this new Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds update, the Roaster is fully hot-rodded, souped-up, and ready to trade paint with even the fastest hedgehog in the universe.

To make the experience truly authentic, players tearing up the asphalt in the Super Roaster will be treated to some iconic, quintessential tracks from the Angry Birds Go! soundtrack, alongside the unmistakable Angry Birds theme. It is a full-on sensory trip down memory lane.

The party doesn’t stop there, either. From April 16th to April 19th, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds are hosting an exclusive Angry Birds Festival. During this limited-time event, players can collect festival points to unlock a treasure trove of feathered loot. We are talking about custom Angry Birds decals to deck out your cars and a prestigious, limited-edition title of “Flock Star” for your profile.

Whether you are a veteran of the downhill slopes of Piggy Island or a Sonic fan looking for a fresh challenge, it’s time to show the world that this bird was born to fly – even when he stays on the ground. See you on the track!
