This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity where you'll take ownership of an exciting and varied project portfolio, ensuring our newest (hush, hush, secret) concepts are delivered with top quality. You will sit at the heart of our productions during a landmark "Angry Birds 3 movie year", some of our projects being heavily involved with the movie campaign.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

  • Taking support and ownership of our exciting portfolio, including collaborating on new projects with existing and new partners, ensuring the continued success of current hits like Angry Birds Reloaded. Taking ownership of selected external productions to ensure their successful delivery
  • Enthusiastically helping us explore new platforms by supporting the pitching and development of unique concepts, from cloud streaming systems to mixed reality experiences.
  • Taking ownership of individual project opportunities as they emerge, and scaling them to internal or external productions.
  • Being the key point of contact for external partners (like Apple, Google, and Amazon) and internal support teams, ensuring seamless communication and that everyone is together on priorities and schedules.
  • Nurturing our development processes—you’ll continuously analyze and improve how we work, ensuring the team is organized efficiently to execute our strategy.
  • Steering the roadmap toward business success, using data-informed priorities and a cooperative understanding of the team’s capacity and velocity.
  • Fostering an inclusive culture of accountability and ownership where creative innovation meets solid business understanding, and actively supporting team members’ growth.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • You bring around 8 years of expertise in mobile game production, including at least 2 years in a lead producer or equivalent role.
  • You are proficient in game production and development tools (JIRA, Confluence, Unity)
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of the full game lifecycle, from prototyping and pre-production all the way through to live operation of games.
  • You have demonstrated strong project management capabilities, with a world-class understanding of game design and an eagerness to deliver top-quality player experiences, even under tight timelines.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator who can manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders—you know how to present clear status reports and maintain visibility across multiple projects.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to coordinate different perspectives, influence change without dictating, and resolve team friction with sympathy and clarity.

It would be nice if you also have the following skills:

  • Familiarity with diverse platforms and technologies that have strategic importance, such as XR gaming and streaming platforms.
  • Existing relationships and networks with leading game studios and external partners.
  • Experience planning and delivering both 2D and 3D game productions.
