Ruby Game Studio is looking for a strategic and inclusive leader to join our Finance craft in Turkey! As our Finance Manager, you’ll be the heart of our financial and legal operations, ensuring everything from budgeting to strategic planning runs smoothly as we craft joy through our games. In this role, you’ll lead our finance and accounting team while reporting directly to the Rovio Director of Group Consolidation and Reporting. This is an on-site position at our studio in Turkey, where you’ll play a key part in supporting our growth and long-term objectives.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

  • Leading  the finance and accounting team to ensure our daily operations are accurate and timely.
  • Developing financial strategies and budgets that support our studio’s growth and creative goals.
  • Sharing insights with team directors to help us make thoughtful, strategic decisions for our games and players.
  • Manage external processes of the legal entity with Ministries, Tax Offices, Trade Registry Offices, and other institutions.
  • Manage Technopark system processes and lead the preparation of monthly R&D reports.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Proven financial leadership with experience in strategic financial management and leading a dedicated team.
  • Strong educational foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • A collaborative communicator who can share complex financial information clearly and kindly in both English and Turkish.
  • An analytical mindset focused on solving problems and finding ways to improve our financial health.
  • Integrity and commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

It would be nice if you also have the following skills:

  • A Master’s degree or professional certifications like a CPA or CMA.
  • Previous experience navigating the unique world of the gaming or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with tax certification processes and working alongside advisory services.
  • Great comfort using financial software, ERP systems, and Excel to keep us organized.
