Rovio Entertainment Corporation applies for listing of stock options 2015A and 2015AII
Rovio Entertainment Corporation will apply for the listing of its series A and AII stock options, complying with its 2015 option scheme, on the Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd (First North) as of March 5, 2019.
Currently, the total number of the A series stock options under the 2015 option scheme is 1,699,500 and the total numbers of AII series stock options is 710,000. Each option right entitles its holder to subscribe to one (1) Rovio Entertainment Corporation shares. Rovio Entertainment Corporation’s holds 268,000 series 2015A option rights and 326,500 series 2015AII option rights.
Currently, the share subscription price under the 2015A series option rights is EUR 2.85 per share. The share subscription price under the 2015AII series option rights is EUR 3.00 per share. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the option scheme, the subscription price has been reduced by the amount of dividends decided before the share subscription, on the record date of each dividend payment. The share subscription price shall, nevertheless, always amount to at least EUR 0.01. The adjustment based on the distribution of assets shall not apply to stock option sub-categories 2015AII, as resolved by the Board of Directors.
The grounds for the granting of the 2015 option rights and the original key terms and conditions were published in the offering circular on September 15, 2019.
