Rovio Entertainment Corporation (the “Company”) has received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Swedbank Robur Fonder AB.
According to the notification, Swedbank Robur Ny Teknik, Swedbank Robur Småbolagsfond Norden ja Swedbank Robur Nordenfond (“Robur Funds”) in the Company’s shares and votes has risen combined above 10 per cent on 20 April 2018.
These companies hold a total of 8,000,000 shares. Each share entitles its holder to one (1) vote.
