Rovio Entertainment Corporation (the “Company”) has received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company on April 26, 2018.
According to the notification, the full chain of controlled undertakings of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company and its subsidiaries MassMutual Holdings LLC and MM Asset Management LLC (the “Subsidiaries”) and OppenheimerFunds, Inc through which the voting rights are effectively held starting with the ultimate controlling legal entity is the following:
