Rovio Entertainment Corporation has on March 29, 2022, transferred without consideration a total of 118,475 Company’s own shares to Company’s key personnel. The share rewards are related to the performance period 2020 of the Company’s Performance Share Plan incentive scheme.
Following the transfer, Company holds a total of 7,566,582 own shares.
