Unsolicited content and product feedback policy

Unsolicited content

As happy as we are to hear awesome new ideas from our fans and others, please note that Rovio and its employees do not accept unsolicited gaming, merchandise or other product ideas, concepts or other similar material (“Unsolicited Content”). Rovio maintains this Unsolicited Content Policy in order to avoid the potential of future misunderstandings if new products or services developed internally by Rovio are similar to, or even identical with, ideas that you may have submitted to Rovio.

If, despite knowing Rovio’s policy for Unsolicited Content you still choose to submit your Unsolicited Content to Rovio, then regardless of what you state in your message or otherwise, you agree that such Unsolicited Content becomes property of Rovio and Rovio does not have to compensate you for Unsolicited Content or keep Unsolicited Content confidential. Rovio is free to use, develop, commercialize, amend and assign all rights to Unsolicited Content.

If you deliver your Unsolicited Content to Rovio in a physical form (such as a letter or a physical storage medium), Rovio does not return such physical items to you and Rovio will not store such physical items and it is at Rovio’s sole discretion without any compensation to you.
