We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a temporary basis, covering a parental leave. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a new game during its critical soft launch and global launch phases. As an integral part of the team, you will be the voice of the players, championing user-centricity and driving the marketing strategy to maximize the game's reach, conversion, and appeal.

This is a fixed term parental leave cover until the end of January 2026.

You will have impact and fun at work by doing:

  • UA Creative process: Creating UA video briefs and acting as the director for them from the initial idea to the final video.
  • Product Activation: Spearhead and execute the Go-to-Market plan for the soft launch and global launch phases.
  • Marketing Strategy: Execute, expand and adapt the marketing strategy as we move through soft launch phases and closer to global launch.
  • Target Setting: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including game development, UA, community, marketing creative, finance, and legal.
  • ASO: A/B testing store assets and make sure that the store page for the game is always optimized and aligned with UA and the FTUE.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Game Experience: A proven track record in mobile game marketing, with a deep understanding of the game development cycle.
  • Soft Launch & Launch Expertise: Experience in successfully launching mobile games, ideally in the strategy or RPG genre.
  • Marketing Funnel Mastery: Strong knowledge of the mobile marketing funnel, including UA, ASO, and FTUE.
  • Data-Driven: A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
  • Adaptability: A flexible and agile approach, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for mobile games and a drive to create exceptional player experiences.

Our studio in Copenhagen follows a hybrid working model with 3 days spent together in the office per week.
