Unsolicited content and product feedback policy

Unsolicited content

As happy as we are to hear awesome new ideas from our fans and others, please note that Rovio or its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited submissions of any kind (e.g. game or other product ideas, stories, screenplays, artwork, musical or audiovisual works, concepts or any other creative materials) in any format, by means of any transmission (“Unsolicited Content”). Rovio maintains this Unsolicited Content policy in order to avoid potential future misunderstandings if new products or services developed by or for Rovio might seem similar to ideas that you have submitted to Rovio.

Please do not submit any Unsolicited Content to Rovio Group.

If you, regardless of the Unsolicited Content policy, submit us with Unsolicited Content, you acknowledge and agree that such Unsolicited Content will not be treated as confidential (regardless of what you state in your accompanying message or otherwise). You further acknowledge and agree that such Unsolicited Content may be used and exploited by Rovio Group without compensation to you or any third party and thus you hereby grant Rovio Group a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid, royalty free, sub-licensable and transferable (in whole or in part) worldwide license to use, exploit, reproduce, transmit, display, exhibit Unsolicited Content in all media now known or hereinafter invented for any purpose and create derivative works based upon the Unsolicited Content.

Product Feedback

Please do not send any ideas for future products or services. Any feedback you provide is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary.
