In-Game Event Includes Angry Birds Dungeon and Characters

TOKYO – November 18, 2013 – GungHo Online Entertainment, Inc., a multiplatform publisher for the online gaming community and publisher of the highly successful mobile title Puzzle & Dragons, today announced that new content featuring Rovio Entertainment’s Angry Birds is now live in Puzzle & Dragons. Puzzle & Dragons players will be able to download Angry Birds-themed dungeons and other content starting today and ending Dec. 1.

In this unique collaboration, Puzzle & Dragons players can fight and capture the Angry Birds, including Red, The Blues, Chuck, Matilda, Hal, and Bomb, in the new Piggy Island dungeon. Styled after the visual and audio aesthetics of Angry Birds, players are challenged to conquer all four difficulty levels and defeat the powerful Wingman from Angry Birds Friends.

In addition, Rovio is currently hosting a themed contest (ending Wednesday, Nov. 20) asking Angry Birds’ fans to illustrate their answer to the question: “What if Angry Birds showed up in the world of Puzzle & Dragons?” The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, Nov. 20.
