This notice explains how Rovio (later referred to as “we”) collects, stores, and otherwise processes the personal data of invitees and registrants (later referred to as “you”) to the Angry Birds Movie 2 pre-premiere event (later referred to as the “event”), and what rights you have if we are processing your personal data.

3 What data do we process?

We may process your name, email address, telephone number, information regarding your registration to or participation in the event (such as preferred watching language), and your communications with us relating to the event.

4 Where do we collect data from?

Invitee names and contact details were collected in the course of our operations or from our group companies and business partners involved in the event (including our production and distribution partners for the Angry Birds Movie 2). We may also collect data directly from you, for example when you register to the event.

5 Who do we share data with?

We may share your personal data with our group companies, contractors and service providers or our business partners involved in the event (including our production and distribution partners for the Angry Birds Movie 2). In some circumstances, we may also share your personal data with other third parties based on your consent or where required by law. In connection with the processing described in this document, your personal data may be transferred to or processed in countries outside of the European Union and the European Economic Area. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country. In these cases, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data. Following the event, we will promptly delete data that is no longer necessary for the purposes outlined in this document. However, we may retain any data that we consider necessary for the mentioned purposes (such as final copies of invitee and participant lists) as long as necessary for the applicable purpose(s).

7 How do we keep data secure?

We maintain technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against loss, destruction, or damage. These measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate for the degree of risk involved with processing your personal data.

8 Your rights

If we are processing your personal data, you have the right to:

  1. access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data,
  2. request us to restrict our processing of your personal data,
  3. object to our processing of your personal data to the extent our processing is based on our legitimate interests, or
