The Rovio Strategy team is responsible for the corporate strategy & development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), designing growth strategies, leading and supporting various strategic initiatives and providing market intelligence. Team works closely with the top management of Rovio and its business units Games and Brand Licensing. Strategy and M&A Manager works in projects of high strategic importance for Rovio and/or its business units Games and Brand Licensing, delivering analysis and material to support strategy definition and decision-making. Around 50% of the time will be dedicated to strategy related tasks including strategy development and deployment, and around 50% to M&A related tasks including involvement in all phases of the M&A process from screening, to evaluation, due diligence, deal negotiation and post-deal integration. You will coordinate and assume ownership of projects and company-wide programs and build and lead project teams from different parts of the organization. You will also identify and solve complex business problems and develop business cases and modeling.
