  • My product is faulty! What can I do?

    Please contact our Online Shop at shop@rovio.com in all support cases regarding Angry Birds merchandise bought from our Online Shop and we will help you as fast as we can. Please include photos of the defective product in your message to speed up the process. In all other cases, we encourage you to contact the seller directly for further instructions.

  • What payment methods do you offer?

    Our Online Shop currently supports Visa and Mastercard credit cards. In addition to this, most debit cards provided by Visa and Mastercard should work in our Online Shop, although exceptions may apply. Additionally, some banks provide the option to pay with a credit or a debit card in an online store, but that option needs to be activated manually. For further information, please consult your bank.

  • Where are the items that I have ordered?

    If you have received a shipping confirmation with tracking information, please refer to the carrier with the tracking information for more details. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, your order has not been shipped yet. 


    Furthermore, sometimes you can make pre-orders from our Online Shop. If your order contains a pre-order for a future product, the order will not be shipped before all the items are available for delivery.
