Where did Amazing Alex come from?
We bought a great physics game and reworked it in Rovio’s distinctive style -- developing the character and adding more levels, platforms, and our signature look.
My game freezes, it is totally unresponsive. What can I do?
Please reboot your device.
I downloaded the game but now I can't open it. It just force-closes. What to do?
Please reboot your device by holding down sleep/wake and home buttons for about 10 seconds. Let the device stay shut for a moment, then turn it on again.
It takes forever to load a level. What can I do to make it faster?
Closing other apps (and browser tabs) and/or rebooting the device are the best cures for this one.
I get an "Oh no…" -message when trying to share a level. Why?
Please make sure you're on WiFi. Also check that the level name does not include special characters.
I'm having problems opening levels sent to my email. Any advice?
We have found that some email clients in certain devices have
problems opening hyperlinks directly. You can fix this issue by
copying the link given in the email. Open your browser and paste the
link there. You should now be directed to the correct page, where you
can download the level you received in your email.
I only have a blank screen when launching the game. How can I play?
This problem is memory related. Please uninstall the game, reboot your device and reinstall. That should do it!
