Web Games Producer

Rovio is looking for a talented and experienced Web Games Producer to join our growing Web Games team in Espoo, Finland. As a Web Games Producer you will be responsible for handling project management duties for web projects and other tasks to contribute to web games development. You will be working in an international creative work environment where your input and contribution will matter.

Requirements:

• Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver on time without compromising quality.
• Great understanding of priorities and moving the vision from top management to team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and high demands. Problem solver skills.
• Strong social and communication skills. Ability to motivate other team members.
• Ability to multi-task, move from one routine to another and adjust to changes very quickly. Fast transition from big picture to tiny details and vice-versa.
• Comfortable and fit to leadership role and shows maturity in leading others.
• Can recognize what makes a game fun, engaging and intuitive.
• Follows social media and the online games industry very closely.
• Good eye for art and design.
• High level understanding of Java, HTML, Javascript, Flash, and server implementation is a big plus.
• Experience in game development on any platform either a commercial product or a hobby project/demo is a big plus. (Please provide references)
• Ability to learn new things, adapt to new process and tools.
• Interest on games, and especially online social games.
• Relevant university degree is a plus but not a must.

The role requires excellent multitasking, organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills. You should also be eager to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Excellent written and oral skills in English are essential.
