We are now seeking an experienced, energetic and collaborative Executive Producer to join our Games team based in Espoo, Finland. As an Executive Producer, you take an overall creative and business responsibility for one or several products within Rovio Games unit. You create the product vision and steer its implementation ensuring great quality & success of the product(s). By acting as the glue between end-customers, development and other stakeholders, you make sure everyone is pulling toward the same goal.Your objective is to maximize sales revenue, user acquisition, retention, market share and profit margins according Rovio’s strategy and targets. P&L responsibility is a key metric for evaluating your performance.
Requirements:
This role requires excellent communication and team collaboration skills. You should also be eager to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced dynamic environment and be able to work under tight deadlines. Excellent written and oral skills in English are essential.
