The Game unit’s goal is to delight our fans with fun and entertaining games and for ensuring this, we cherish an innovative culture where all ideas matter. We want to make diamonds and are ready to invest time and effort for picking the raw ideas and polishing them into brilliant quality game concepts. 

As one of the key roles in turning these ideas into awesome games, we are looking for motivated and skilled Producers to join our Mobile Games team in Espoo, Finland. You will be responsible for producing mobile games from idea to complete product. As Producer you will report directly to VP Production. Your responsibilities will vary from handling the production of updates to existing products, steering the production of new games, and organizing the creation of customer specific content for our high profile clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years working as a lead producer / producer.
  • Experience with agile software development.
  • Experience on all the different phases of game development from prototyping, pre-production, development to quality assurance.
  • Able to maintain the visibility and expertise on all the aspects of your projects and presenting them if needed.
  • You’ve shipped more games than you can easily count.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. You excel at identifying, assessing and solving problems quickly.
  • Able to self-manage time and deadlines.
  • Define clear, realistic and solid production plans, assess risks, and readjust when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; people know what you want!
  • Excellent team work skills.
  • An unquenchable passion for making and playing computer games.

As Producer you will handle the production of multiple projects simultaneously. You must be capable of identifying and prioritizing development tasks, their dependencies and make sure your team manages to deliver within realistic schedule. We expect you to actively participate in the game design process, often representing the voice of reason and reality.

“Own it, ship it and follow it” - you will ensure that all concurrent game projects meet schedule, budgetary, and marketing requirements. In this role you will also be required to continue to look after the project through its complete lifecycle analyzing metrics, planning updates with the product management and following the feedback of player community. Wherever possible you will create repeatable processes to improve efficiency and predictability. You will work directly with talented designers, programmers, and artists to ensure the smooth development of quality products. The role requires excellent multitasking, organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills. You should also be eager to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Excellent written and oral skills in English are essential.
