Rovio Entertainment has teamed up with global education campaign ‘A World at School’ to launch a brand new Angry Birds Friends tournament encouraging players to support the #UpForSchool petition and ensure every child has the right to go to school and learn.

In this six-level exclusive tournament our famous birds get their feathers ruffled about the 58 million children around the world who are out of school because of child marriage, child labour, conflict and discrimination. During the tournament players are given the option to sign the #UpForSchool petition to be part of a growing movement of people demanding world leaders invest in a future where every child has the right to an education.

The #UpForSchool petition will be taken to the Education Summit hosted by the Norwegian Government in Oslo on July 7 where campaigners are calling on world leaders to back a new platform to ensure delivering education to children in conflict or emergency situations is made a priority.
