We’re happy to announce the Angry Birds in the Intel AppUp center for netbooks and consumer laptops everywhere.

Angry Birds costs $9.99/£5.99/€7.99 to download in the Intel AppUp center. To purchase Angry Birds for Windows 7 and XP operating systems, head to www.appup.com, and get the Intel AppUp center.

For a limited time, Angry Birds will be available at the special promotional price of $4.99 in the Intel AppUp center. The game initially includes 195 levels packed with hours and hours of gameplay. Customers can expect free updates and additional levels to the game. In addition to this, there will be unique enhancements not found in the mobile version, free of charge.

The Intel AppUp center is a service that allows you to browse a catalog of applications for purchase or download to your netbook or other personal computing device.

Once you have installed the Intel AppUp center client, you can browse applications without registering. If you wish to purchase Angry Birds or other applications, or access other store features, you need to create an account or sign in if you have already registered. The Intel AppUp Center currently accepts the following payment options: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

If you wish to cancel any AppUp purchase purchase, the AppUp center has a 24 hour refund period for all purchases.
